Man seriously injured in Belfast stabbing

A 20-year-old man was in a serious condition in hospital today after he was stabbed four times in west Belfast.

He was found by passers-by in the Shaw’s Road area at around 3.15am this morning.

He had sustained four stab wounds to the stomach and was rushed to the Royal Victoria Hospital, where his condition was described as serious but stable.
