Man shot in stomach at Cork city pub

A man has been seriously injured in a shooting at a pub in Cork.

The shooting happened at the Macushla Bar on Blarney Street at around 6.40pm this evening.

The man sustained serious stomach wounds and was taken to hospital.

Gardaí have sealed off the scene for examination.
