Kildare crash victim named

The woman killed in this morning's road accident in Co Kildare has been named.

The woman killed in this morning's road accident in Co Kildare has been named.

She was Michelle Connolly, who was in her 20s and originally from Dublin, but living in Athy.

Her car came off the N78 Athy to Kilcullen Road at Kilrush at 2.30am this morning.

The road remains closed and gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
