A Ryanair flight from Belfast to London has been forced to turn back shortly after taking off today because of an "oily smell" in the cabin.

A Ryanair flight from Belfast to London has been forced to turn back shortly after taking off today because of an "oily smell" in the cabin.

The plane landed "normally" at 7.30 m but Ryanair didn't say if it was one of two grounded on Sunday because of technical problems - they were later found to have volcanic ash in their engines.
