Ryan slams McDaid's approach to Dáil voting

The Communications Minister Eamon Ryan has criticised Jim McDaid's Dáil voting record, saying all TD's have "a duty to turn up and vote".

The Donegal TD is under fire after it emerged he had only shown up for 17% of votes last year.
