Geoghegan-Quinn surrenders pension

Máire Geoghegan-Quinn said this evening that she will forego her Irish Ministerial and Dáil pension while she is a European Commissioner.

In a statement tonight, Finance Minister Brian Lenihan says she has made contact with him to make the necessary arrangements.
