A 24-year-old man has been shot in the leg in Derry.

A 24-year-old man has been shot in the leg in Derry.

The incident happened last night in the Bogside area of the city.

Three masked men forced their way into a house at Cable Street at around 10pm.

The PSNI is appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
