Two young men killed in Laois crash named
Two men killed in a crash in Co Laois this morning have been named locally as 22-year-old Paul Considine and 24-year-old Jeffrey Power, both from Limerick city.
The men died when their car collided with a small mini-van shortly after 7am today on the N7 Limerick-to-Dublin road at Borris-on-Ossory.
A woman in her 50s is being treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí have appealed to the drivers of two trucks who were on the N7 at around the time of the crash to come forward to help them with their inquiries.
