NAMA's McDonagh: Banks 'recklessly abandoned' basic principles

The head of NAMA has delivered a damning indictment of our banking system saying there was a "reckless abandonment" of prudent lending.

Brendan McDonagh has also told an Oireachtas Committee that the agency may have to knock down half-built estates around the country.
