Teenager charged after Drogheda stabbings

A 17-year-old male has been charged in connection with a multiple stabbing in Drogheda.

A 17-0year-old male has been charged in connection with a multiple stabbing in Drogheda.

The teenager is due before a special sitting of the District Court shortly.

Seven men were stabbed in the town on West Street at around 12.30am yesterday.

A 16-year-old remains in a critical condition in the Mater Hospital in Dublin.
