Dublin fire puts man in hospital

A man is in hospital following a house fire in Dublin.

The blaze broke out at a house in the Castlecurragh Vale estate in Mulhuddart at around 2.30am.

When they arrived on the scene, emergency services discovered the man at the bottom of the stairs inside.

He has been taken to James Connolly Memorial hospital in Blanchardstown.
