Teen drowned after drinking at party, inquest told

A 15-year-old boy who had been drinking heavily went missing in a strange area and drowned, an inquest heard today.

Jamie Moreland, from Beaufort Walk, Newtownards, was discovered in the River Connswater in east Belfast last May. He was three times over the drink-drive limit.
