A Belfast man who was involved in two robberies, one where a security guard was stabbed and another where a knife was held to the throat of a cashier, has received a six-year sentence with two suspended.

A Belfast man who was involved in two robberies, one where a security guard was stabbed and another where a knife was held to the throat of a cashier, has received a six-year sentence with two suspended.

Thomas Mongan (aged 23) of 59 Fairlawn Road, Finglas moved to the south after his cousin was hacked to death by three men in Belfast over a feud.
