Public-sector union serves strike notice

The Civil and Public Service Union (CSPU) has served the Government with strike notice.

Its members are preparing for "selective strikes" of "indefinite duration" from Monday week in their battle regarding public service pay cuts.

The union says it will notify individual Government departments of the exact nature and scope of the strike action in due course.
