Unions meet to consider more industrial action

Union leaders will meet today to discuss new options for industrial action following the €1bn pay cuts announced for public servants in Budget 2010.

It is believed health unions are considering escalating the campaign beyond the current work-to- rule by up to 300,000 public servants.
