Plans approved for new civic space in Dublin

Planning permission has been granted for a major new civic space in Dublin.

The Point Village Square will be used for community activity, meetings and games, as well as an open air general market during summer weekends.

Various events will fill the programme, including live music, fashion and arts shows, urban sports demonstrations, graffiti walls and product launches.

Dublin City Council are partners with Crosbie Property in the venture.
