Govt refuses cervical-cancer refunds

The Government is refusing to refund hundreds of euro to parents who had their daughters vaccinated against cervical cancer.

Initially the national roll-out of the vaccine was shelved because of the high cost, leading parents to book private appointments to have their daughters vaccinated.
