Ministers to discuss plans for mortgage-holders aid

Ministers are expected to discuss plans this week to help struggling mortgage holders.

The Green Party says it is not enough to stabilise the banking system, and that the Government must also deal with homeowners in negative equity and those in difficulty with their repayments.
