IKEA seek court injunction on Mandate union

Swedish Furniture giant IKEA will today seek a High Court injunction to prevent Mandate trade union using their logo on union recruitment leaflets.

The company said the union is infringing on its 'iconic logo' by using it on fliers being handed out to customers at their recently opened Ballymun store in Dublin.
