Kenny 'cannot condone' public sector work-to-rule

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has said that he cannot condone the work-to-rule action being taken by public-sector workers across the country.

The Unite union has today become the latest group to join in the campaign being run in opposition to pay cuts imposed in December's Budget.
