McGuinness blames DUP for lack of clear settlement

Sinn Féin chief negotiator Martin McGuinness has today blamed the Democratic Unionist Party for the current stalemate in the North's crisis talks.

"The two governments in their statement make it clear that what is required is implementation of the Good Friday and St Andrews Agreements," he said.
