Air traffic controllers set for more stoppages, says union official
Michael Landers of IMPACT has said this evening that air traffic controllers have agreed to engage in further industrial action.
Following a meeting today, the union official said that the timing of the action will be agreed at a meeting of the union’s executive tomorrow.
Runways are closed at the three main airports in the country from until 6pm tonight and flights through Irish airspace are also affected.
Report to follow.
