A 44-year-old Dutch man will appear in court again today in connection with a bomb scare on board a plane which landed at Shannon Airport.

A 44-year-old Dutch man will appear in court again today in connection with a bomb scare on board a plane which landed at Shannon Airport.

The Arke Fly plane from Amsterdam to Aruba made an emergency landing at Shannon on Wednesday because of Jorge Flores' alleged unruly behaviour.

Flores appeared in court yesterday and was remanded in custody while talks between the DPP and Dutch authorities continue.

He is due in court again today.
