ESRI: Recession will end next summer

The Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) has said we will emerge from recession in the latter part of the year, though it will be with modest growth.

Unemployment will continue to rise - 76,000 more jobs will be lost - though an unemployment peak of 14% is lower than the ESRI's previous forecast of 16%.
