The Finance Minister Brian Lenihan has announced the make up of the board of the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).

The Finance Minister Brian Lenihan has announced the make up of the board of the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).

The former chairman of the Revenue Commissioners Frank Daly will be the board's chairman.

Nama chief executive Brendan McDonagh will be joined on the board by John Corrigan of the National Treasury Management Agency, independent consultant Eilish Finan and Michael Connolly who is formerly of Bank of Ireland.

The other board members are accountant Peter Stewart, Brian McEnery, from Horwath Bastow Charleton and Willie Soffe from the Dublin Transportation Office.

Stephen Seelig of the IMF will also join the board next year.
