Tesco to sue Dunnes for alleged misleading adverts

Supermarket chain Tesco have been granted permission by the High Court to take legal proceedings against Dunnes Stores over what it is claimed are misleading advertisements about the price certain goods are being sold at.

Supermarket chain Tesco have been granted permission by the High Court to take legal proceedings against Dunnes Stores over what it is claimed are misleading advertisements about the price certain goods are being sold at.

Today at the High Court, Ms Justice Mary Laffoy granted Tesco Ireland permission to serve short service of injunctive proceedings it intends to take against Dunnes Stores regarding three adverts that have appeared in the national media.
