The second stage of the controversial Social Welfare Bill has been approved in the Dáil by a margin of 81 votes to 75.

The second stage of the controversial Social Welfare Bill has been approved in the Dáil by a margin of 81 votes to 75.

The Bill will now be discussed in the Seanad, where it is expected to be approved.
