LRC boss urges Govt and Gardaí to 'sort it out'

The Chief Executive of the Labour Relations Commission Kieran Mulvey is urging the Gardaí and the Government to sit down and sort out their differences.

The Garda Representative Association took the unprecedented move yesterday in announcing it is to ballot its members for industrial action - even though they are not legally allowed to withdraw from labour.
