Groups to discuss Adoption Bill 2009

Representatives from adoption agencies and children's charities will be meeting at the Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children this morning to discuss the Adoption Bill 2009.

The Bill provides uniform standards for child protection for around 400 inter-country adoptions per year, as well as bringing the Hague Convention into Irish Law
