Congregations to make offers to abuse victims this week

The Education Minister Batt O'Keeffe has said he is expecting final offers from the 18 congregations named and shamed in the Ryan report in the next day or so.

The religious orders agreed in the summer to make further substantial contributions to the victims of abuse.
