Lenihan urged to partner indirect taxes with cuts

The Minister for Finance is being urged to stimulate economic growth in the Budget with indirect taxes and sweeping cuts.

In its quarterly outlook, Friends First is calling on Brian Lenihan to reduce the public sector pay bill, cut child benefit by 20% and social welfare by 5%.
