PSNI chief condemns attack on Policing Board
The North's Chief Constable has condemned an attack on the Policing Board's headquarters in Belfast which could have caused widespread damage.
A 400lb car bomb partially exploded after being driven through the barricade in Belfast.
Meanwhile, three men have been arrested after police in the North were fired on by dissident Republicans.
The officers returned fire and no-one was injured in the incident in the village of Garrison, County Fermanagh.
One of the men being held, a 27-year-old man, was arrested in Rossinver, County Leitrim at around 7am.
