Cowen 'lacks qualities of leadership', says Gilmore

Labour leader Eamon Gilmore has today launched a stinging attack on Taoiseach Brian Cowen, saying that he "lacks the qualities" of leadership required to help the country recover economically.

Gilmore said the constant criticism of the Opposition is "tribal" and an attempt to divert attention away from Fianna Fáil.
