Up to 900 jobs are expected to be created through a major development at the Charlestown Shopping Centre in Finglas in Dublin.

The second phase of the development is to start next week with an investment worth €135m

David Lyons from Mason, Owen and Lyons, joint letting agents on the scheme, said: "It'll result in a 90,000 square-foot leisure development, occupied by UCI and Leisure Plex.

"Phase Three will be a retail park. Then there's more to come, really; there's the Metro to come and there's many more acres to be developed."
