Dempsey publishes bill to reduce drink-drive limit

Transport Minister Noel Dempsey has published his controversial legislation aimed at cutting the drink-driving limit on Irish roads.

Mr Dempsey's plan would cut the limit from 80mg to 50mg per 100ml of blood for most motorists using Ireland’s roads.
