BoI investigating laser card double-charging

Bank of Ireland is conducting an investigation following another incident of overcharging affecting laser card transactions yesterday afternoon.

The bank says some customers who recently used their laser cards were mistakenly double-charged yesterday, but the problem should now be rectified.
