Cowen meets Vietnamese deputy PM in Dublin

Taoiseach Brian Cowen met Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister at Government Buildings in Dublin today.

Hoang Trung Hai is visiting Ireland with a large business delegation from the Vietnamese industry, energy, technology and financial sectors.
