Two women die in separate Dublin house fires
Two women have died following separate overnight house fires in Dublin.
A woman in her 60s was pronounced dead following a blaze on Ranelagh Road in the southside suburb of Donnybrook at around 7.30am this morning.
She is believed to have been the only person in the house at the time.
Meanwhile, a woman in her 50s also died after a fire at a house in Ballymun, on the city's northside, last night.
The blaze broke out on Balbutcher Lane just before 10pm.
Both houses have been sealed off for technical examination to determine the cause of the fires.
