IBEC calls for fresh talks on recovery plan

The employers' group IBEC is calling for a new round of social partnership talks in an effort to reach an agreement on a programme for national recovery.

The organisation says a formal suspension of the pay rises negotiated under the last partnership deal must form part of any new agreement.
