Tipp South declares for Lisbon (first official result)

The first official result in the Lisbon Treaty count shows a 2:1 swing in favour of the 'Yes' vote.

In Tipperary South, the total valid poll was 33,195, with 22,712 people voting for the treaty. A total of 10, 483 voted against.
