Lisbon must be ratified for economic recovery, claims Cowen

Taoiseach Brian Cowen has said we must pass the Lisbon Treaty on October 2 to secure future jobs and foreign investment.

Cowen was speaking at the country's first ever Global Economic Forum in Dublin.
