Labour Party leader Eamon Gilmore has said any plan to introduce a windfall tax on land rezoning profits is too little too late.

The Green Party is claiming to have secured major changes to the Government's National Asset Management Agency (Nama) legislation, including on which will introduce an 80% on profits made from land rezoning.
