Ryan: Greens have secured agreement on NAMA risk-sharing

The Minister for Communications has said the Green Party has secured agreement in principle that banks will share some of the risk under NAMA.

Eamon Ryan said provisional plans have been made to include risk-sharing in the new bad bank plan.
