New draft of NAMA legislation to be published

The Government will reportedly publish a new draft of the NAMA legislation this week which incorporates greater risk-sharing between the tax payer and bank shareholders.

According to newspaper reports, the move is in response to Green party leadership concerns that party members will not back the NAMA plans.
