A 58-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a Catholic father-of-four in north Belfast 36 years ago.
The man was arrested yesterday and charged by the PSNI with the murder of Alfredo Fusco at his cafe on the York Road in February 1973.
He is due to appear in court in Belfast on September 1.
Mr Fusco is believed to have been shot dead by a loyalist armed with a handgun, though no organisation ever claimed responsibility for the killing.
An RUC officer told an inquest at the time he had no doubt it was a sectarian attack.
