PSNI seeks help finding missing sex offender

Police in the North are searching for a high-risk sex offender who may have fled south of the border after going missing while on probation.

Paul Hunter Redpath has not been seen since leaving approved accommodation, but the PSNI did not say how long he has been missing.

The 37-year-old, who is considered a serious risk to vulnerable children, also breached his probation conditions three years ago and was later arrested in Dublin.

He is described as 6' 1" in height, of slim build, with dark spiked hair.

He has blue eyes, a fair complexion, speaks with a Scottish accent and has a piercing in his left eyebrow.

The police are advising the public not to approach him, but to contact them if they believe they have seen him.
