Exam superintendent 'failed to follow procedure'

An investigation into the re-scheduling of an English paper during this year's Leaving Certificate exams has found that the superintendent involved failed to carry out any of the documented procedures correctly.

English Paper Two was mistakenly leaked by the superintendent at a school in Drogheda, Co Louth.
