Telecoms firm to create 350 jobs

More than 350 jobs will be created at a hi-tech telecoms firm, it was revealed today as the Government announced its drive to develop the so-called "Smart Economy".

A next-generation communications grid is being designed which experts claim will allow Ireland to leapfrog other nations attracting investment in the digital and green sectors.
