Two teenagers arrested over murder of Killarney 17-year-old

Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the murder of Stephan Lyne in County Kerry almost two weeks ago.

The 17-year-olds were arrested in Killarney at around 4.30pm today.

One presented himself to Gardaí.

The two teenagers are being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act and can be held for 24 hours.

Seventeen-year-old Stephan Lyne died after he was stabbed in the back on Ross Road in Killarney as he made his way home in the early hours of the 18th of June.
