Gormley to publish legislation on second-homes tax

Environment Minister John Gormley is due to publish legislation today paving the way for the introduction of a new tax on people who own more than one home.

The move - announced in last October's budget - will see a €200 annual tax imposed on all holiday homes and rental properties.
